Devbar: news from the field
We've been silent, but this time not in vain. Held the first talks with investors, but the majority of offers we had to refuse, due to the unacceptable conditions for us. Over the past period we made up the menu, started negotiations with the design Studio and modified a business plan.

Menu
In the menu we focused on your tips, comments and survey results. Tried to consider most of the proposals, but, naturally, we could miss something or not notice, so we are extremely grateful for the remarks in the comments. Mainly focused not on quantity but on quality, a few well cooked dishes much better than a long list of
Drinks
Let's start with the most important part of menu — beer. The planned five Beers: Hoegaarden, Guinness, Bellevue Creek, Heineken and Vasileostrovskoe dark. In my experience, the first two are the most adequate and pleasant to the taste, and the third was added at the requests of the beautiful half of the IT industry, recent focus on the IT youth.
Rough prices on beer: 120-250 rubles
Naturally, we will have wine, cognac, whisky, tequila and champagne (how could I not celebrate the release). The range will not be huge, but we promise all will be well matched.
I received many requests about the good, not from tea bags, tea and coffee. Naturally, we couldn't ignore requests from future visitors (especially since I myself like to enjoy a good Cup of tea or coffee). In the end, we hope to include in the menu 3 kinds of tea (including Chinese, for which many advocated), classic coffee (espresso, latte, Americano, etc.) and hot chocolate.
Our knowledge in this area is not very large, would be grateful to the people who are willing to recommend coffee machines and utensils for tea and to help with the selection of specific teas. While we have draftovye options, but I would like to hear the opinion of experts.

Coffee: 90 — 180 rubles
Of course we'll have juice and juice, juice. Likely even water.
Food
Based on our bar experience, we decided to stop at a few classic steaks (chicken, salmon, pork) and salads (Caesar, Greek, fruit). Of course, there are dumplings "odesskie", without them anywhere.
The prices for the dishes: 200-350 rubles

Desserts will be a little (ice cream, milkshakes), no exotics.
Snacks
All you used to see in bars will we. Cheese sticks (Tower e, by the way, is beautiful, if anyone knows), croutons and chicken wings. Will try to cook at home, I hope, will dispense with the ambulance.

a few words about the logo
There were many questions about the logo of our institution. Why Guy Fawkes? What's he doing here? First, we searched well-known in the IT community, easy to remember sign. Secondly, our logo should reflect the spirit of freedom, which will be in our bar. In the end, we settled on the guy Fawkes mask, which, in my opinion, represents the free Internet and the closest to our ideals.
Implementation of surround logo was made inteo, for which many thanks to him and tea.
