We came to the conclusion that the mechanism of self-regulation Habra based more on emotions than on logic, and thus is purely subjective. Topics whining about spoiled Habr some enraged, and some agree. Both views emphasize that the problem really exists. I don't know of such a way of solving problems like silence.
