HTML paragraphs in the texts of articles on habré and in habrareaction

I have been actively reading and participating in the discussions posts on Habrahabr, and now ponabrali karma, trying to write the second article. And with its design I can't make my text to HTML paragraphs <p>paragraph.</p> — somehow, habrareaction carves them!

I decided to take a cue from the other authors checked the rest of the article and was surprised to find that all the paragraphs they have tagged <br/>, with primarily two! I was very surprised, because the community Habra publishes numerous articles on the correct HTML layout and the articles to separate articles does not use the designated paragraph tag <p>!

This paragraph not only allows you to make the text more beautiful and readable, but helps search engines and other analyzers of texts to understand where the end of one semantic block (paragraph) of text and where the other begins, and the tag <br/> just means a forced line break.

The result is to separate paragraphs, the authors are forced to use a double line break to get spacing between paragraphs. Plus, this indent is too large — a line that increases the length of the text and makes it less convenient to read. In portrait layout and other rules of writing the text it is accepted that the paragraph spacing should be larger than between lines within a paragraph, but less than the height of an empty string.

Therefore, to improve the appearance and indexelement texts and for a more correct design from the point of view of HTML and the rules of typesetting texts to add all the tags for paragraphs, <p> editor:
    the
  1. don't cut the tags from the text of the article (many make out the text in third-party editors and the result is copied to habrareaction lose paragraph;
  2. the
  3. to Convert a double line break not in <br/><br/> </p><p> by adding before the beginning of a paragraph start tag <p>.

I would like to hear the opinion of developers Habra and other users about the problem and its solution.
